This project involved creating an identity for an exhibition detailing the development of the visual arts over the last century. The identity had to then be applied to a poster and also to a new book released to complement the exhibit. The main graphic was created by making a stencil on card and then spraypainting onto canvas. The design is intended to represent the progression of the art, over time by exploring contrast by the use of a traditional serifed typeface mixed in with the more modern spray-painted sans-serifed type.
